Anidjar & Levine is marking 20 years of serving South Florida, and for the firm's partners, the milestone is as much about community as it is about the law.
Glenn Levine, a founding partner, reflected on how far the firm has come since its early days.

"20 years ago, my son is actually here watching us today, was a baby and he's now a senior in college. So, the time flies. And it's great to be a South Florida lawyer. We're really proud to have built such an amazing business that's helped so many people," Levine said.

Levine said community involvement is central to the firm's identity.

"Giving back to the community through education, donations, or just participation, we sponsor Christmas Solis every year, and we just love to be part of the fabric of the South Florida life and the community, and also to be able to provide help to people when they have some of their biggest crises in life. It's really been an amazing honor," Levine said.

For partner Shire Patel, the anniversary carries deep personal meaning. Patel started at the firm as a law clerk and worked his way up to partner.

"This one hits home for me. I mean, I started here as a law clerk from day one. And to be a partner with this firm, I mean, I literally learned from the best. These guys are brothers and family. We talk about it all the time,Glenn, Mark, Ellie, all of us. But it's just what we feel about this community and that's where we give back to it so much in so many ways," Patel said.

Patel said watching the people around him grow has been equally rewarding.
"Even our law clerks, our staff, to see them and their families grow as part of the firm, it's been truly special. Like I'm getting emotional thinking about it, but yeah, I love it," Patel said.

When asked what he is most proud of, Levine pointed to the clients the firm has been able to help.

"We really make a difference in people's lives. I mean, people love to hate on personal injury lawyers. You pass all the billboards and stuff, but when you have a client that's really in a bad spot and they come and they need help, and then you can see it through to the end and shake their hand and look in the eye and give them a hug, there's no better feeling than to know that you've made a difference and helped someone who legitimately needs the help. The fact that we've been able to do that for so many people is really, for me, the biggest source of pride for the law firm," Levine said.

Patel said the firm's culture is what sets it apart as it has grown statewide.

"We've taken this close-knit group of people and we've expounded it upon the state. We're a statewide law firm, but we started in South Florida, and we've emulated that through every one of our offices throughout the state. So whether we're in Jacksonville or Tampa or Orlando, you go to any of those offices, you feel the same homegrown feeling," Patel said.

Looking ahead to the next 20 years, Levine said growth and family will continue to drive the firm forward.

"Continue growth. My son is going to go to law school soon, so he'll be joining my dad in the law firm, at 81 years old, he's still kicking it. We'll have three generations of Levines in the firm. And having that shared passion and shared commitment to helping our clients and helping the community, that's what will keep us going for the next 20 years, for sure," Levine said.
